Texas redistricting stands! (almost entirely). Supreme Court says states can redistrict at will!!!

On a different matter, the court ruled 7-2 that state legislators may draw new maps as often as they like ? not just once a decade as Texas Democrats claimed. That means Democratic and Republican state lawmakers can push through new maps anytime there is a power shift at a state capital.


OMG. With the aid of computers it is now possible to redistrict in such a way as to enable 40 percent of the population to control 90 percent of the House seats.
This will be a major disaster for this country.
