Texas Property Owners Can And Will Use Deadly Force during Rita.

And that's exactly why there won't be any looting/raping/pillaging.

But, ya, citizens owning guns is teh evil........just whities being afraid of the black guys.........right Michael Moore?

I thought texans had that right all the time?

I bet some of them wished that they did !
There must be at least a dozen sickos right now cleaning their guns... and salivating at the thought of blowin' someone away :(

No need to wish, they always did. They're not going to just go around shooting innocent people, they're only allowed to defend their property. Not really a big deal. If you're not robbing someone, you have nothing to worry about.

SO, if you're a LOOTER.. watch out !

Some people are going to be making good use of their guns and bullets this weekend huh? :D

Cause in Texas...killing people is good..instead of filing an insurance claim! :)

I would rather shoot someone than deal with Allstate. Allstate sucks.

Allstate will assist you in your time of need. That's Allstate's stand!

<--- Imagine's AllState sending Walker, Texas Ranger out to defend DevilsAdvocate's property.

As long as they send that cute-a$$ district attorney along with Walker :D
She's a babe :D
kinda

You can also defend yourself & other people with a deadly weapon in Texas.

I'm fairly certain that most states will allow you to defend your property with deadly force...or is that only the case if there's also potential harm to you?

How about kindly asking if somebody has water or food to spare?

If the answer received is "no", then also kindly GTFO.

Yeah, don't folks also have the right to hold a concealed weapon in Texas...or is that a myth?

I think this is how it should be - I certainly hope people don't start looting food down in galveston. Unless there is a lack of response from officials of course.

As far as looters of peoples personal property, and business's property, they should be shot. They know they will be if they find someone with a gun, so its their own fault for playing the dice game.

Only in a dream world do you get all your money back from insurance. In the real world you have to deal with deductibles, your insurance rate increasing, and things which can't be replaced.

Shooting someone is never good, but the criminal needs to make a decision before he does the crime- is his life worth losing over a TV set?

Put the gun down and fight with your fist if your a man.

Walk away with a plasma, some water and ALL of your bullets for when you really need them.
