You steal a vehicle and take it to the docks to sell, they put it on the ship and it ends up somewhere. That somewhere for this vehicle just happened to be in the hands of ISIS!
 
Why would someone call the plumber with death threats? He obviously didn't send his truck over there as a marketing stunt. Granted, it would have been a good one if it was a business that operated in the Middle East in ISIS friendly territories.

sorta is hilarious, and it really doesn't look like photoshop to me

why go through the bother really? looks more like they have multiple trucks with the same setup.
