I'd love to see districts eliminated. Have instant runoff voting for each party to get priority list and then we assign in that order based on popular vote ratio.

Republicans would naturally cater to republican areas and democrats would cater to everyone like they do currently. It's absurd that democrats always take in more of the total vote share but control almost nothing.

I think it remains to be seen whether this will all pan out as the repubs plan. Might work. Might blow up in their faces. I hope the latter.

Except the current SCOTUS has said that just because something has a proven disparate negative effect on certain races, doesn't make it illegal. You have to prove it was done for racist reasons. So all the sieg heiling right has to do is be careful about their wording on reasoning, and they can be wholly racist.
