Well, if a 12 YO can have a gun and everyone in TX can pack w/out a license, then the school yard recess should be a real exciting time. Uh, and so should class, come to think of it.

The Framers of the nation could never have anticipated that a guy like Donald Trump could be elected President of the USofA. Our history books, outside of those states controlled by Republicans of course, will detail how our nation descended into a state of chaotic divisiveness because millions of idiots thought Donald Trump was qualified to "make America great again" and refused to admit they royally fucked up by trying to reelect his ass when he proved beyond doubt he simply was the wrong guy in the wrong place and instead proved that he made things so much worse for America, even after being tossed out out of the West Wing.

So what's this judge's argument about all the various weapon bans that exist? I mean is he basically saying because the constitution doesn't ban nukes, each person should be able to walk around with their own nuke? What an asshat.

I'm also curious as to who was the defendant in the case? Texas? Did the state even try to defend the law?
