One thing's for sure, Texas will slip up againt OSU, KSU, or A&M and won't be able to comeback like they did today.

What sucks is tech had all the calls go against them. Even booth replays were fvcked. Texas didnt have a single bad call go against them, Tech had atleast 5 bad calls, and several no calls on Texas. One of which would have seriously effected a Texas TD drive, the no call on throwing the ball after crossing the line of scrimmage. That said Tech still should have won the game, Texas was lucky to get out of Lubbock with a W. This was a game Texas should have dominated, but they didnt. They better not get lucky and end up in the BCS title game.

This surprises you? Texas gets 99.9% of the calls/no calls. Tech still bent themselves over, though.

osu is definately going to give the sips a game... they nearly beat us last week (texas a&m) and whipped nebraska this week.
ksu is a really bad team this year.
and our d still needs alot of work (if we ever play a complete game on the d side of things we will be scary but we always have a bad half).

I was at the baylor game this evening and it wasnt as close as the score indicated (they only had one good drive and their other 2 scores were on blown coverages for long passes which we have to stop if we want to beat anybody else left on our schedule)

Its offical though, Texas is the 2006 Big 12 Champion. But really no shot at a title defense unless the stars align.

And all you Longhorns cant really bitch, because if Florida wins out they are next in line after Louisville due to their SoS. Honestly its going to be Louisville/Florida vs OSU/Michigan. UT isnt getting a BCS Title shot unless Florida, Auburn, Louisville, and Rutgers all lose.

I don't know how you guys can think that we have our eye on the national title. It would be a blessing sure to out there and play for the the trophy, but a good season is a good season. It is a fact that Texas has had the best record in the nation over the past 5 years. I think that is good enough. There are a lot of fair weather Texas fans on the band wagon now, but hey I just say lets enjoy the games these kids give us.

Oh, and no slip against OSU this year. Oh, and how did A&M lose that game to OU? I guess they don't like to play on their opponents side of the field and their coach won't put his job on the line for the win.
