Testing VRAM for Graphic Card

How or rather where can I find a program test my GC VRAM?

I have a 6800GS 256 DDR3 which I need to test.

Test it in what way? Stress it? Test an OC???? (please be more spacific)

If you want to test an OC, use ATI Tool's artifact tester (yes, you can use it with a Nvidia Card). Also, run 3dmark05 (and maby loop it) and just look for any visual errors. (I especally like the second one in the forest for testing stability)

Yes I need to test the VRAM only like you use memtest to test your normal RAM.

Well you could try using ATI Tool to oc your memory but not core and then test it ... although ATI Tool is extremely buggy, for my XTX at least

Use RivaTuner to OC the card (among other things) then use ATI Tool to check for problems, as well as doing some 3dmark testing. There is no "memtest" for vram. You can only test for artifacts.
