Testing Video Cards

So I have about 4-5 older video cards and want to find the best way to test them.
I need to know if
1) the work, thats fairly easy.
2) if they do work, is there any issues with them? artifacts crashes ects.

What would be the best way to do this?

Run 3dmark / Unigine Heaven, to see if there is any crashed / artifacts?

I know that 1 or 2 might be bad but cant remember which ones

also something that can loop would be good too, so just dont have to restart all the time

You can run 3DMark for hours... or just pop open FurMark and any issues will surface almost immediately. May not work on older cards (pre-DX9), however.
