Testing USB port circuit on the laptop.

Anyone know how to test the USB port circuit on the laptop? course not recognized.
Appreciate for any suggestion and thanks in advance.

How does it look in Device Manager ? ?
Any Yellow ? Marks showing ?
If so, reload drivers as needed
