Testing the accuracy of Mobo temp readings

When running Prime95 in blend, I'm reaching temps of 71C! But when I touch the heatsink, it certainly does not feel like 160 F. I'm wondering if there is any way to assure myself that the motherboard is misreading. Other information on my system: Epox EP-8KDA3J, A64 3200+, stock HSF with Arctic Silver 5, system temp reading is 32C. System is stable
