Just installed a new PSU after the cheap out-of-box PSU i had bought for my new rig died (SeaSonic SS-650, replaced with NZXT HALE90 750W) and I'm wondering if there is any way to test for any possible damage caused.

I've inspected all the components (sight/smell) and found nothing, but as this is my first build I thought Id ask here for advice.

Start with Memtest 86+, boot to it and let it run for 12 hours at least. Second, boot it up and see what happens. I'm going to assume you're running Windows of some kind, so after you run Memtest and boot it up, start using it! If all seems well, run Prime95 to test CPU/RAM stability in Windows itself. that's all I can think of for now...
