Testing Load Temps

I just assembled a new rig last weekend and would like to tune my fan RPM settings to run quietly, but still keeping everything adequately cool under load. I've been running Prime95's Torture Test as my "load" application while keeping an eye on the CPU and Zone 1 + 2 case temps. After a few minutes the temps for the case and CPU seem to stabilize. How long is adequate to run under load in Prime95 and will 10 minutes vs 30 minutes be any different in terms of temperatures?
