Testing for real/fake/mis-rated flash memory beyond simply faked capacity?

I recently bought a couple 32GB SanDisk mSD cards from dailysteals.com and I have no doubt that their storage capacity is represented accurately, I just want to know more about the rated speed, internal identifiers, and so on.

H2testw seems to be the only tool anyone talks about but it BRAGS about not being "low level" and doesn't even so much as state "#MBps sustained write rate, #MBps sustained read rate, #MBps random write rate, #MBps random read rate: This is consistent with a Class # rated SD HC card though your card reader may be a limiting factor"

What out there can?
