Testing for artifacts on nvidia cards?

I am looking for software that will test for artifacts on my nvidia 6800 GT. Previously with my ATI 9800 Pro id run ATI Tray Tools, which could progressively increase the GPU and Mem speed while testing for artifiacts at each step. Can something like this be done with nvidia cards aswell?

Except that takes a visual inspection to determine if there are artifacts or not, and sometimes they are small enough not to be immediately noticeable. Id prefer to run a program that would keep increasing the GPU and Mem speeds and testing a render at each interval to make sure its still being rendered properly. Does such software exist for nvidia cards?

Use ATiTool anyway, and use Coolbits/RT/PowerStrip to increase your clock speeds.

Requires a little bit more effort, but you'll end up with the same results.

Coolbits overclocking has a built in "test for max safe overclock" option. You don't actually get to see the test displayed like with ATI Tray Tools, but purpose is the same.
