Testing a P-3

I want to test a friends p-3 733/133 cpu (he is having problems and wants to rule out the cpu). I have a Soyo 6BA+4 BX motherboard w\ pc-100. Will this cpu boot to windows if I set my FSB to 133? Should I remove my AGP card and use a PCI video card?

You should be able to plug it in and boot up on the 100mhz fsb - it'll just read as a P3 550 (5.5 multiplier on a 100mhz fsb, instead of 5.5x133)
