Nevermind. That has nothing to do with reflexes and everything to do with photosensitive memory.
 
You gotta try to remember which letters were flashed...order doesn't matter. Type in the letters and hit enter... next set of letters appears, and so on.

ps... I guess you can say it's a reflex game. how good are your reflexes with the print scrn button! lol
