You do realize geography has very little to do with memorizing capitals? Seriously for my geography degrees there was two courses where I ever had to memorize places on a map. (and the were two very introductory courses)

Yes it does, it is Taiwan. But I'd bet 99.5% of Americans who are not Asian would not know that.

Yes, the question needs to specify whether it wants the political, legislative, or judicial.
