The high quality game seemed alright once a couple of the robots were dead. THen it went up to about 30fps.

well if you have a dual core, choose the dual core demo not the quad core one. of course, you're gonna get a slideshow, you don't have enough cores!

You are indeed a nub.

You should've known that the mobo cannot SLI......

Jeez guys. I realize inflection and tone are difficult to capture via text on a message board, but is the art of sarcasm really *that* foreign to everyone?

Well at stock setting I get 22fps on my system:
Asrock 4coredual-vsta
E4300 @ 280FSB running at 2.5ghz
1 gig of DDR2 Kingston
And a X1900GT

I guess thats good for I dont really have much to base the results against, other then people in here bitching back and forth on who a noob is, or not, because they do, or do, not have SLI.
And NO my system is not a crossfire set up for I am a cheap bastard, or I would of bought something other then a open box Asrock board so :p

i honestly think the noob was a pun. MEaning your Hardware is so up there, that the only 1 extra thing you could add is a GTX.

Dont hate because you cant afford ******. Thats how life is.

Anyhow on my Quad X3220., i didnt have any slideshow effect either. And yes it supports SLI. My 7900GT's are in SLI @ 700/1800 and it ran perfectly.

Guess it means i definitely can hold out til the 8950's come out.

Im trying to quad everything, from CPU, Hard drive.

Specs of my machine:
X3220 @ 3375 Quad
7900GT in SLI 700/1800
Raptors 75 x 4
Crucial Tracers 2gb

about 20 FPS on my system

e4300 @2.4
2GB RAM
ATI x1950 pro

For those of you who said it went about 1 FPS, make sure you pick low(F2) if you have a dual core... high(F1) is only for quad cores.

EDIT:fixed mistake

You have that the other way around, F2 for dual-LOW, and F1 for Quad-HIGH ;)

And dont forget F4 takes away some guys raising the FPS, and F3 adds more on lowering the FPS, making it look like a slide show. Which I think is the only diff between low and high anyway.
