This might be a stupid question but I won a promotional Win8 Pro which is Valid! My question is I have 2 PC one relitivly new and one just built! I want to do a fresh install on one to verify the Key and the installation! If it works out on the fresh install and is in fact a full version of Windows 8 my question is as long as I dont go online or activate it I should be able to install it on my New build is that a correct assumption? Thanks for any info you can give me! Bill
 
As long as you only have it on one PC at a time you should be OK, even if it is activated.
Meaning if you install it on the first, activate it then remove the Windows install from that PC and install on another the key should still work and be legit.
