Test PCI laitency/busmastering?

I have an Nforce 6100 motherboard and I have problems (tv will work but eventually get slower and notichier until software reports signal failure) with TV tuners plugged into either of the PCI slots. I fear this is a bus-mastering problem. What tools (software/hardware) can I use to test the parameters of the buses to know that there isn't some issue with the motherboard (I have the latest bios, drivers, etc and I can only think this is the problem.

I have two different PCI TV tuners that both do similar things on this board, but not a different brand board with the same chipset.

Any help will be appreciated

PCI bus analyzer. It's hardware, and it's EXPENSIVE.

Your problem certainly isn't of that kind. I rather suspect a memory leak in the software.
