Test Out: Intro to Computers

I wanna test out of this class, but I'm not sure I can pass the test. They use access for their database stuff, and I'm only familiar with mysql. Also I've never used excel to do math stuff. Any resources would be a big help.

Thanks,
Steve

Is this high school or college? Sounds like college (mentioned MySQL). If it is a college class, you will have a hard time convincing them that you know this stuff if you have never had some of it beforehand.

Sorry, this is college. They have a test you can pay $25 to take and test out. I'd rather test out of the class since I will be bored the entire semester. I just don't know access, and they use that to do their database stuff on the test. I've also never used excel to do math, which is also on the test.

Well, if you can, just get a Microsoft Access and/or Microsoft Excel book for dummies. Or, better yet, buy the books that say "learn _____ in a week" or something. those usually aren't too bad, either.

Unfortunately I'm poor. I just paid my insurance, rent, and still have my credit card payment to make. I have no money for expensive books. 🙁
