I've looked at several web based solutions, but would like to find a locally hosted application as the computer this will be running on will not have network connection. I would like to find software?free or open source? that essentially allows the user to navigate through windows normally and grade them on how they navigate, etc.

I know I've seen software like this before, but I'm not sure what the correct term is to describe it.

Any ideas?
