Are Firepro cards based on 5 series cards even out?

I doubt the FirePros based off of AMD's newest 40nm cores are out yet. But I couldn't tell from that link if this was only for the DX11 parts. AMD has had tesselators in their GPU's for quite a few generations now. It's possibile it can use those tesselation units maybe?
