Who buys a sports car to go in a straight line?!

People who lives their lives a quarter mile at a time.

Seriously. I do actual track driving regularly and you go from 0-60 exactly once per session, and it’s not even flat out. The rest of the time is 60-130 and far more importantly 130-60, and doing that repeatedly without cooking brakes and fluid.

Cars (performance cars at least) have been too fast 0-60 for public roads since the 90s and it’s really stupid that people think it’s a stat that matters.
I would agree with this, example the Grand National series from Buick.

I was a teenager, and when I did get to drive it, it launched so hard when the twin turbos kicked in, I lost grip of the steering wheel.

Nice quote from one of the best car movies ever made.
Here's the link because most of you didn't get it.

Everybody here got it dude. It’s not some obscure quote that only non-crossover driving car guys get.

This isn't P&N.
Man this sub forum is getting slow.

Just wanted to pop in and say - Fuck the shitty Cybertruck! MAGA Elon's gonna have to ask papa Trump for a Tesla bailout the way that company is going for anything long-term beyond the cult hype stock propping, and Trump is gonna say, fuck off! And I'm here for that.

Winter is coming.

Looking forward to all the issues the the jackass panzer is going to have in places with snow and salt on the roads. Going to be a fun shit show to watch.

Finally saw one in person:

1. MUCH better-looking IRL
2. Large, but not as large as I thought it would be
3. HATE the square taillights

110% needs to be wrapped lol

I saw a few in real life, and they look like shit. Something that a 6 year old made in KidPix when they were imagining cars of the future.

Also, nothing like buying a $80k vehicle and immediately having to spend more money to make it look acceptable. A sucker really is born ever minute.

Disagree.

This is true. It is positively petite compared to the mall crawlers and bro dozers.

3. HATE the square taillights

Yes.

110% needs to be wrapped lol

Also true. My hot take is that the stainless steel exterior is incredibly moronic and they should have just painted them.

F-250's are common single-dude, non-work-truck, non-towing vehicles in my area. I've started to see F-350's as personal cars too lol. Coal-rolling has started to infiltrate my state as well haha.
