yeah, the people at DARPA are idiots. the best and the brightest this country has to offer should instead ask you what to do. yep. sounds good. maybe they should just ask you if something would work. more technological advances have come from there than anywhere else in recent memory. but, since you think it's stupid, i'm sure they'll give it up.

Hmm, am I the only one who sees how morally wrong this is??? Making money on somebody's death? Bidding on acts of terror that can take away lives of hundreds? Why won't go tell the families of 3,000 who died on 9/11 that you think this is a "great idea". I'm sure they'll understand. Dumba$$.

Take a look at the website...basically it says they are launching their 'market' but all it is is an expensive survey-based marketing tool that has nothing to do with terrorism.
