actually, it's so close to the canadian border, so it's not unfathomable...
makes you wonder about our other smaller cities in the US

I'm from Buffalo...I live in Rochester now...
where can you pack alot of people together in Buffalo? Ralph Wilson stadium can hold 80,000 for a Bills game...that worries me alot...
I'm going to the Dec. 1st game against the Dolphins...I hope they beef up security...

not exactly brilliance...definetely not stupidity...the easiest border to cross is the canadian-US border...i crossed it all the time while I was at the University at Buffalo to go to the casinos or bars (before I turned 21...drinking age is 19 in canadia)...never checked my license or passport...just asked where i was going...that's it...lackawanna is about 20 minutes from the border...

What's so strange about that? Buffalo is right on the U.S.-Canada border. There's a very large Arab population in Canada. Many Arabs, who are blacklisted by the INS as terrorist, head to Canada first, and then drive across the U.S./Canada border at a major entry point like Buffalo.

while it shouldn't be so strange due to the border, the part that grabs people is that this activity is now known to be possible in small cities like Buffalo, so it's not just the big cities like NYC, Chicago, Boston, SF, LA, etc. that are affected by this network of terrorists..
