What stereotypes are those? That the Asians lending money to the US live in Asia? That they are not a native-English speaking country?

The stereotype is in the way that the actress speaks. The specific stereotype is targeted at Asian Americans and in the past, that stereotype has lead to racism against Asian Americans. Yes, the ad is meant to show a person living in China but they chose an American actress and had her use a stereotypical accent of people from East Asian races. Why not have her speak in Chinese with subtitles if they are going for authenticity? Most likely because they wanted to play on the stereotype of what Americans think East Asians sound like when they speak English.
Anyways, if you read my post clearly, you would have seen that I stated that they played on a stereotype that has been used by Americans as a racial stereotype of East Asian immigrants. Do you think what Alexandra Wallace did was racist? To refresh your memory if you don't know or remember who she is:
