Terrible 3dMark06 Scores with 8800 GTS 512...

I just installed my newly bought eVGA 8800GTS 512MB after reformatting all my hard drives and installing Vista Ultimate 64 (I was using XP Professional before). I built this system October 2006.

Vista Ultimate 64
CPU: E6600 @ 3.2 (8x401)
MB: Asus P5B Deluxe
RAM: 4x1GB Corsair DDR-800 4-4-4-12
HD 1: Raptor 150GB
HD 2: Seagate 320GB
GPU: 8800GTS 512MB
PSU: Seasonic M12 600

My 3dMark06 score was 5337

This seems terribly low, what is going on with my system?
 
First thing to do is go to System Information in the NVIDIA Control Panel and make sure it's running at PCI-E 16x.

Also make sure the PCI-E power is connected. You should get a warning if you forget though.
