A year ago my mother got their service from hearing what other says about terminite ruining their houses. So 3 men came over, drill some holes in the garage and sprayed for like an hour. Can this really kill any terminite, if there are even any at all? next thing you know she get slapped with 1200 dollar bills!!!!!!!! outrageous!
a month ago, they came over and left me a notice which say to pay another 158 for inspection and continue termites control which i ignore. Now they are calling and sending mail repeatedly!!! to get me to pay up. On the phone, i told the rude CSR that this is none of my concern because that person named ... does not live here anymore. she say it doesn't matter who pay as long as someone pay and that i have to contact that person about it. WTF? ok, that does it, I will now start rant to everyone that I know off, how this bullying company are scamming people left and right. no one asked for their continued service or even when to inspect! They have no right to call me repeadly, every single day, once in the morning and evening!

I might suggest your mom pay the bill and your problem is solved.

Hmmm, that's a weird situation. You might want to ask them who authorized them to come over and get an inspection. It's not like they can come, do some work without permission, and expect you to pay. You should also contact the Better Business Burea, and get some advice from them.

And how do you plan to inform them of this?

If they came onto your premises without authorization and drilled additional holes in your foundation, you may be able to nail them for property damage.

If his mother is as illiterate as he sounds, she may have signed a multi-year service contract with Terminix. If that is the case, they can come on his property to do their job and they have the right to expect payment for servics rendered. He's ranting and blowing smoke without knowing the details.
