Terminal Services on Windows 2003 Server

The server's video card has 64mb of RAM, and we'll only be having 4-6 simultaneous users. Right now there's no way to increase the quality above 8bit ... am I hoping for impossible?

Any advice is highly appreciated!

the video card in the server has nothing to do with it. You could remove the video card from the server and you would still be about terminal service into it and it would look just the same. From your workstation, when you initiated the connection, you have options in Remote Desktop for the color depth. You should be able to set it to 16 or 24 bit in there.
