I just did a fresh install of Win2k Server on one of the boxes here as the HD decided it had had enough and wanted to meet its maker.

Anyways I went ahead and installed TS on the machine and people can connect but it seems only 2 at at time or they get the error msg "# of clients has reached its limit"

Do I have to get a different license? Can I up the # of connections? What went wrong here?

Sounds like your running in administration mode, which allows to admin connections at a time.

Yep, when installing terminal services make sure you want application or remote mode because if you do remote and really want application, you probably will have to redo the whole thing. ugh!
