Terminal services issue

Hi,



We have a cluster of about 14 terminal servers, and we have several users that are complaining about folders and shortcuts that they create, not showing up on TS4. They show up on every other server except this one. Anyone have an idea what it might be? I can see all other clustered servers from TS Admin on the machine in question.
