Terminal Server IO (Storage)

Does anyone have any numbers on the IO required to host terminal servers? Say for 200-600 users?

I have been looking everywhere for some benchmarks but can not find any. I guess VDI benchmarks will help as well.

200-600 is pretty broad scale. What will they be doing? Is varying workloads or the same across the board?

My experience is limited to fairly small setups with a maximum of 50 active sessions. It was a graphically intensive application where each client had to access am interactive 2D PCB blue print for component placement @ 1024x768 inside a proprietary program. This was 5 years ago and we got away with a dual processor and a 4 disk RAID 10 using 10k rpm SCSI drives. The drives were never the bottleneck.
