Term Server issue/question

I logged into a term server and was messing around a screwed up my profile, now I'd like to just rename or delete my profile from documents and settings but of course I can't even when logged in as a local admin since it says the ntuser.dat is in use.

I can't reboot the server to free up the file since it's a heavily used server and need to rebuild that profile so I can log in as my domain account.

Any suggestions that don't require a reboot or messing around with services or anything that might cause the server to lock or anything?
