Teresa Heinz Kerry was rushed by ambulance from their place on Nantucket to tiny Nantucket Cottage Hosp in critical but stable condition.

If she doesn't make it, Secretary of State Kerry probably loses most of his $$$ as her inherited Heinz estate will probably go to her sons from her late 1st husband.
