I guess the Governor doesn't know the history of sit-ins as a means of peaceful protesting born out of the Civil Rights era.

The new law increases the penalty for camping on state grounds from a misdemeanor to a felony. And in TN, convicted felons can't vote, which is also complete bullshit. Nothing to see here, move along.
Wouldn't it be nice if Republicans would spend time passing laws that were useful to society rather than wasting time on things that will tie up courts and be shot down as unconstitutional?

The GOP is completely worthless right now.
