BAH!,

why are the transit workers asking for 8% every year for 3 years? if last years contract was good enough why not just go with that and take a pay increase as decided by CPI?

Glad we flew out of JFK Monday night. While we were there, we took the subway everywhere. I can't even imagine what it's going to be like when/if it shuts down.

Pay raise by CPI would be smart, there was one BaseBall player that had a similar clause in his contract, but was denied the raise when CPI rose dramatically a few years ago, he took his manager to court, and won.
