Tempted to buy the G400. But....

I'm still pissed at logitech for having my G930 and G500 fail on within the same week. How reliable is the G400? I still have my MX500(Original) that's fast approaching the ten year mark.

All other mice I bought from logitech have lasted me less than 2 years at most.
 
My Dual Optical was only replaced last year or so...my Microsoft X8 lasted 3 months. I love my G700 (used only wired, I can't say it's good or bad wireless; I just don't have a need for it).

Tracks very good on my stainless steel desk. Unfortunately scratches in it can confuse it.

My Logitech MX Anywhere laptop mouse is going a year strong while abused as a Field Engineer.
 
I've got the G400 - the build quality is really good, it's basically a revised MX518 with a better color scheme. I haven't had this one for that long yet, but I can't find anything wrong with it, and neither have I heard any complaints from the people who have it. It's a very sturdy mouse.
