Temps weird - E4300 & 965P-S3

hello, just finished my build:

E4300 1.8ghz @ 3.0ghz (9 x 333) w/ Coolermaster HSF
2 x 1gb PQI PC5400 (DDR2-667 @ 5-5-5-15)

Running 2 x Prime on Blend (900mb each core), Priority 9
I set vcore to 1.38v (running 1.36v on full load)

Check out the graph; temps bouncing around between 58°C to 66°C
It seems the fan is speeding up/slowing down, or is it throttling?

in blend, some tests stress the cores more and some stresses the ram more. when a test stresses the RAM more, the CPU temps drop. If you use Orthos, it generally alternates.
 
actually after every test (you know the 5k test passed! now doing ***), the fan slows down for a split second. it's the auto speed thing in bios. oh well, this thing flys! 😀
