Temps OK on my VIA embedded fileserver?

I built a file server using a commell LE-565 and a promise connectstor II salvage case.

I had to hack down the combined heatsink with a belt sander to get it under the drives, and I split into two pieces. I glued the chipset half down with AS epoxy, and drilled up the remainder for 4 pins and springs for the CPU.
With a 60MM silenx exhaust fan mounted at the top and some baffling, my temps are
room = 20C
CPU = 45C
Chipset = 32C
hddtemps = 34C

I'm cool with everything(pardon the pun) except the CPU. Will that setup last OK at the temp?
They say it is good for up to 60C, but I tend to go conservative. My next step in that case is probably a laptop heatpipe assembly.

I turned around the fan and the box itself, and the temps swapped around to this:
CPU=36C
Chipset=42C
Better situation?
