Speed: 2.4GHz HT

Temp at idle: 40C
Temp at 100%: 54-56C

Since the Dell just has a heatsink on the chip and not a fan, should I be worried about the temp at full load?

For a OEM that is normal. If worried put a fan on teh heatsink or get a cheap heatsink with fan.

Personally, I would put a ~$15 heatsink on it, with a fan, but it's definitely not necessary. I'm just anal about temps.

Don't touch it. If it fails, bitch and moan to dell. Of course, it won't fail unless you start messing around with it, those temps are fine.

I agree, I wouldnt worry about it. My temps on my o/c'ed 400SC 2.4GHz @ 2.8GHz are hitting 68C,70C at most, when running 100% cpu load. Idles around ~51C. My cheap and lazy a$$ need to invest in some better cooling for the setup.
