I have a slim NSK1480 case that I recently moved from the living room to bedroom. Before, I used the vertical stands, but there's a nice spot where I can put it horizontally. Unfortunately, my temps rose a few degrees because of this. Can I assume that it's simply because the air circulation is now sideways whereas in vertical mode, the psu and hdd fans sucked air from the base and the exhaust was at the top? It is in a tighter location too with the intakes having about 2" of air to work with although exhaust is completely open.
I'm hoping there's a way to keep it horizontal. I guess having it a few degrees hotter isn't the hugest deal but cooler is better.
