I use this before but i think theres a SMALL service fee everytime you add money to the card. Pretty good and its a new company from about xmas time but it was on the news and recommend from people on hre.

Bank of America has prepaid Visa's that we used for gift cards this past XMas. They worked at really well.

I sent myself a webcertificate but I don't know how to use it... I just get a rectangle that says $20 and the page is still loading. How the hell do you use these things????? What a shafty ass site.

American Express Private Payments.

MBNA and Citibank are the two biggest ones.

Discover and AMEX are secondary choices. Discover uses a proprietary thick client, and AMEX is a bit limited in features.
