anyone know of that website where you can put certain amounts on a temporary mastercard number?

Webcertificate.com and Rocketcash.com I believe they only issue you a unique 16 digit credit card number with expiration date. So this would make it only valid for online purchases and not somewhere locally. So if you want to give a gift to someone or something like that, either of these two websites should suit your needs just fine.
