(Temporarily) Dual Booting x2 (UEFI) Windows 10 Installations on the Same Drive

I'm doing some work for a DJ who does Karaoke, and over the next couple of days I'm going to be installing a new program that utilizes a more common format for playing karaoke with a PC. This Friday night will be the first run of the new program, and what I want is a way to quickly go back to the current setup in case the new one fails for some reason.

The Laptop is a budget machine with 4GB of RAM and a dual core Celeron N3050 running Windows 10 x64. It has some performance issues (OEM bloatware/possible malware) that a fresh install should take care of. That said, I'll be going with Windows 10 x86 (with a few performance tweaks) because his programs are all 32 bit and he has 4GB of RAM.

My plan is to clone the HDD image, then edit the partitions to add an additional one for the new Windows 10 x86 install. The new partition will be the default boot, but if things go awry, we can boot the old partition. If f everything runs as expected, I can delete the old partition and extend the new one to fill the drive.

The thing is that I have never dual booted OSes with a UEFI so I have no clue how to do that, and would like to know the best way.
