Temple University identified the fallen officer as Christopher Fitzgerald, who leaves behind a wife, four children and his parents.

Post here because one of my neighbor always said the good guys (cops) are always white while the carjackers are always in darker skin tone. many of his biker club party members felt the same... so I sent him this this morning and he has since been very quiet....

Thoughts go to the officers family. Glad they cought the kid quickly. Looks to be from a well off family too

I'm guessing some version of the affluenza defense is in order. Death penalty may be gone in PA by the time he's convicted.
