Template for making work ID's?

I have a few people who work for me, and I need to make some ID's for them...like the ones you have hanging from your neck sometimes, or something like that. Thanks.
 
I need to do it by myself...not purchase from an office store. Sounds messed up, but I need something like publisher, but I can't find a template for it there.
