Isn't it way too hot? What does everyone think?
Maybe the reading is not accurate, but I really the processor temp is way too hot. What kind of fans have u got?

hmmm if its Celsius then you have problems ... big problems ... if that's fahrenheit then your all good (still warm but in safe temp range).

I have a 2400xp and I never go over 48.8 celsius (120 F) ... my box temp is usually around 37 C (100 F).
Thats is with some good fans and a kick-ass CPU heatsink.

Yeah, those temps seem high, especially the CPU (I've got my neighbor's set to shut down at 70C). If possible, reorganize the case to open up airflow, and possibly add another fan. Check the HS/F for good contact (there is a relief along one edge to clear the raised part of the socket, where the "Socket A" is printed). Make sure you're using an adequate amount and quality of thermal compound (be sure the contact surface on the HS is clean, bare metal--not a thermal pad). If all else fails, upgrade to a better HS/F combo. Good luck.

You haven't told us that's Celsius or Farenheit.

yikes that's getting high ... I never go past 50 under almost 90% load.

What are you cooling:

CPU with?
Case with?
Video Card with?
