Temperatures reading wrong

I have an amd64 3200+ with a thermaltake venus 12 on a msi k8neo platinum mobo. With the temp reader that came with the mobo my cpu temp is higher and the case temp is lower compared to the readings i get with mbm 5 , which one should i go by ?
