Temperatures on new Build

Just ordered a new build, putting it together in a day or two, and i was wondering, i doubt i'll overclock much, but i'll definitely try a bit, and i was wondering what are some good programs to detect temperature(for cpu: one base temperature and core temps if possible) (for gpu: just a base temperature) I found these on random google searches: http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html

^ I found those as free downloads, i was wondering, is there any better freeware out there for temperatures, i know those programs use something on the motherboard for detecting temperatures, so i'll post my mobo just incase: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128455
Thanks for any help.
